On November 13th, 2019 Canada invited 3600 people (candidate) to apply to the permanent residence program. This was 130th time in the year of 2019 that Express entry rounds of of invitation were issued. In this latest round, 3600 candidates in the pool were issued with an invitation to apply for Permanent Resident. Candidates have 60 days to submit all the documents with their application.
The CRS score of the lowest rank in this round of invitation was 472 which had a tie breaking rule with CRS score for October 8 draw. If more than one candidate has the lowest score, the cut-off is based on the date and time they submitted their Express Entry profiles
The fact that Candidates have been issued an invitation to apply for Permanent Resident does not necessarily mean they are assured of permanent residency to Canada. At this point. Candidates applying within the 60 days should ensure they provide all the required and any other proof of documents to support their application. Candidate should understand questions on the forms to be able to answer them truthfully and effectively to avoid misrepresentation. If Candidates are found to have withheld information or misrepresented on their application they maybe slapped with a 5 year ban from entering Canada
